52 regulatory Agencies, within 49 countries, are members of the
PIC/S
(Pharmaceutical Inspection Cooperation Scheme). This organization develops and promotes Guidance documents for regulatory inspectors. These Guides are very valuable for the industry too because they represent the inspector's perspective by regulatory inspection.
These Guides could be considered as a kind of "common denominator" in order to enable Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA) between the regulatory Agencies of the country members.
